CNA Training and Certification: 

You will be brought on board as a Nurse Aide and will immediately be included in a CNA class provided and conducted by our company. Once the first CNA class is complete, you can begin working and training on our floor with qualified and trained CNAs and Nurses that will provide hands-on, real time training while your CNA classes continue.

Shifts and Pay:

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)
• Rotating schedule, flexibility to work weekends and holidays required.
• $15.00/hr as a Nurse Aide
  • $16.00-$20.00/hr, plus daily shift premiums once a CNA certification has been obtained.

Bonus Program (Once CNA certified):

Principal Responsibilities: 

• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely manner
• Attend to patients' personal hygiene needs with sensitivity and respect
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Admit residents and facilitate the adjustment of new residents to the facility
• Respond to patient needs as they arise
• Foster a positive team environment

Requirements:  

• Ability to participate in and complete company provided CNA class, and pass CNA certification within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills  
• High integrity and well-grounded work ethic  
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities  
• Team-oriented and a practical team-player  
• Professional demeanor  
• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
