Responsibilities Manage the overall construction process for commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on‑time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and lead a team of dedicated professionals, including subcontractors, to effectively execute project plans and meet project milestones. Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors and project managers. Oversee the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring their timely delivery and compliance with project requirements. Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and enforce safety protocols. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress photographs, change orders, and construction schedules. Implement and enforce Sunkota Construction's quality control policies and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Manage the allocation of resources and materials efficiently to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, trends, and best practices to continually enhance construction processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in the commercial construction industry. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, practices, and techniques. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and motivate diverse teams. Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Proficient in using construction management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
