Position: New Graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply, and experienced PTs are also welcome.

Compensation: $40.00–$50.01 per hour

Location: Lewiston, Maine

Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts

The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting independence. You will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to create tailored treatment plans that support patients in reaching their rehabilitation objectives.

• Assess patients and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility assistance, and functional rehabilitation.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols and home exercise regimens.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
• A valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification from AHA upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
