Your kindness will be seen, valued, and celebrated every day.Come be part of something truly meaningful, in a place that feels like home.## Qualifications* Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test* Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure* Food Handler’s certification* First Aid certification* Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility* Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies* Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities* Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation* Applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management
