Sr. Maintenance Technician – $28–$35/hr (DOE)

Schedule: 4x10 | Monday–Thursday | 3PM – 2AM

Location: Clean, climate-controlled facility

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of high-tech manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly to reduce downtime

• Maintain and repair production line systems including fillers, cappers, conveyors, labelers, box makers, and more

• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to find root causes and implement sustainable solutions

• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food, or industrial setting

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
