Associate Attorney-Litigation

Location: Milwaukee, WI

A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney specializing in litigation to become a part of our Milwaukee office. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, and construction defects. A passion for client interaction and public speaking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on real estate, corporate, and contract law.
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Participate actively in trial conduct and appellate work.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case status.
• Chair client corporate meetings and manage administrative staff effectively.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
• At least 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Proven track record of dedication and hard work.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft operating systems and advanced legal software.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage high workloads efficiently.
