The Cook 3 – Commisssary Meat Preparation Specialist is responsible for the preparation, cutting, trimming, portioning, seasoning, and storage of all meat, poultry, and seafood products according to established recipes, food safety standards, and quality specifications. This position supports kitchen operations by ensuring that all proteins are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner for service. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of culinary or meat preparation experience preferred. Knowledge of meat cuts, portion control, and food handling procedures. Ability to safely operate knives, slicers, grinders, and other kitchen equipment. Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Basic communication skills in English and/or local language. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg). Ability to work in refrigerated and hot kitchen environments. Manual dexterity to handle knives and food preparation equipment safely.
