A Day in This Role

Picture your morning: you check your route on a company-provided tablet, load up your well-stocked service vehicle, and head to local customer sites. A distribution center needs a safety inspection on an electric forklift. An hour later, you’re troubleshooting a hydraulic leak on an LP unit. In the afternoon, you run diagnostics on a diesel truck’s starting issue and log your work in our work order system before heading home.

What You’ll Tackle

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment across gas, diesel, LP, and electric powertrains at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance and detailed safety inspections to keep fleets compliant and dependable
• Document findings, parts, and labor accurately in a computerized work order platform (ServiceMax experience is a plus, similar systems welcome)
• Care for your service truck, tools, and on-hand parts inventory to stay job-ready
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset

What You Bring

• 2+ years in material handling service or related backgrounds such as automotive, diesel, military, or heavy equipment mechanics
• Proven troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Comfort working independently in the field with local travel to customer sites
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, great communication, and pride in quality workmanship
• Safety champion: you lead with a safety-first approach, following all company and customer protocols to protect yourself, teammates, and equipment
