Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Base Salary: Up to $195k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Trusts & Estates – Sophisticated estate planning, probate, trust administration, and contested T&E litigation for high-net-worth clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients.
• Administer trusts and estates, including probate proceedings and accountings.
• Handle contested estate litigation and fiduciary disputes.
• Advise on tax planning, charitable giving, and succession strategies.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active NY bar.
• 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting skills.
