About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and mobility.
Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and self-care strategies.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment for patients.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington, DC.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques.
Compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient care and rehabilitation.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
