Step into a rewarding role delivering speech-language therapy services to students in a vibrant educational setting on a contract basis. This position focuses on supporting children and adolescents with diverse communication needs, ensuring they reach their highest potential in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions targeting articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
• Maintain precise progress notes and documentation in line with school and state standards
• Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to foster a coordinated approach to care
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ speech-language progress
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development beyond the classroom

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology state licensure
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking school-based experience
• Previous exposure to pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
