We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to join our Tomah team! What You'll Do As an MSR II, you'll help create a positive member experience by: Providing friendly, professional service to members Processing transactions and maintaining accurate cash systems Opening and servicing member accounts Assisting with debit cards, wires, account maintenance, and general inquiries Supporting day-to-day branch operations Helping resolve member concerns Identifying member needs and connecting them with helpful credit union products and services What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has at least one year of financial institution experience Enjoys helping people and building strong relationships Communicates clearly and professionally Is detail-oriented and accurate Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Works well as part of a team Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute 1st CCU is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
