BPC Home Service is hiring a Roofing Field Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.
You'll coordinate crews, materials, and site inspections to keep every project on schedule, within budget, and up to our quality standards.
LOCATION: Broward County.
What You'll Do:
• Create project schedules and track daily logs.
• Keep active field operations organized and productive.
• Approve required materials and equipment for each job.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with clients and team members.
• Coordinate job site production, safety, and quality.
• Handle client updates.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven experience in roofing, construction, or field operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and South Florida roofing requirements.
• Extensive experience with shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofing systems.
• Ability to inspect roofs, identify installation deficiencies, quality issues, and code violations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Capable of safely walking and performing inspections on residential roofs.
• Proven leadership experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and daily job site operations.
• Proficient with tablets, mobile applications, and construction/project management software.
• Willing to travel to 3–6 job sites per day to perform inspections and oversee production.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
