The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead the expansion of its advanced, technology-driven healthcare solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across a diverse range of settings, including senior living communities, rural and tribal areas, corrections, government and Veterans Affairs programs, worksites, and maritime environments. This executive role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales teams, as well as the strategic acumen to position the company's brand as a leader in the market. The SVP will own the go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, demand generation, and brand positioning, and will be expected to operate with a single, unified strategy and shared revenue goals. Applicants for the SVP position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior sales leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in the healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare services sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and government healthcare markets, and a proven ability to build and scale sales organizations.
