Senior Branch Optimization and Support Analyst

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Senior Branch Optimization and Support Analyst to join the Branch Service Delivery Team. The Senior Branch Optimization & Support Analyst serves as a strategic business partner responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimization, service consistency, and successful implementation of initiatives across the branch network. This role independently evaluates branch operations, analyzes performance trends, identifies opportunities for improvement, and develops solutions that enhance efficiency, employee effectiveness, customer experience, and operational performance. Beyond analysis and recommendations, the Senior Analyst is accountable for facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing complex initiatives and implementations, evaluating operational impacts and risks, and promoting sustainable process improvements that support the strategic direction of the branch network.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.Coursework or certifications in data analysis, process improvement, or operations management are desirable.5 years of relevant work experience in branch operations, branch support, business and data analytics, process improvement, or related roles.Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives, including workflow analysis, piloting changes, implementation support, and change‑management activities.Experience collaborating with branch teams and administrative departments to resolve operational challenges and build alignment on process changes.Regular communication with employees at all organizational levels to convey process updates, gather feedback, and support deployment of new workflows.Working knowledge of the Bank’s CIP, BSA, and AML requirements and how they influence branch operations and procedure development.The Senior Branch Optimization & Support Analyst serves as a strategic business partner responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimization, service consistency, and successful implementation of initiatives across the branch network.
