Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong MLOps expertise on AWS to design, build, deploy, and manage scalable machine learning solutions in production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing end-to-end ML pipelines, automating model deployment, implementing CI/CD for ML workflows, and optimizing model performance, reliability, and cost on AWS cloud.
The candidate should possess strong knowledge of AWS ML services, DevOps practices, and modern MLOps frameworks to support enterprise-scale machine learning applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions on AWS.
• Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining of ML models.
• Develop automated ML workflows using AWS Sage Maker, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and API Gateway.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline and Code Build for ML applications.
• Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
• Monitor production ML models for accuracy, drift, latency, and performance.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, and deployment best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve ML platform performance.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience with strong Machine Learning engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Sage Maker.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including:
  • Amazon S3
  • AWS Lambda
  • AWS Step Functions
  • Amazon API Gateway
• Experience building production-grade MLOps pipelines.
• Expertise in CI/CD using AWS Code Pipeline and Code Build.
• Experience in feature engineering and ML model lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and automation.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, and DevOps best practices.
