New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team. This role provides critical clinical leadership and oversight across HFW programs, ensuring high-quality, integrated, and family-driven care for children, youth, and families. About the Role The HFW Licensed Clinician provides clinical supervision, consultation, and oversight across High Fidelity Wraparound teams. This position ensures clinical integrity, supports complex case decision-making, and strengthens the integration of behavioral health treatment within the Wraparound planning process. You will ensure that clinical services are fully embedded in the Plan of Care, rather than operating as a separate or siloed track, while supporting staff in delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care.
