Joining the Personalization team, the full-time salaried Content Designer II will design user-centered experiences across Pinterest, focusing on personalized content and enhancing user engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research to shape personalized experiences on platforms like Homefeed Apply content and information design principles to create and refine product experiences that facilitate idea discovery and user engagement Leverage research and user insights to inform content decisions and contribute to scalable content frameworks and standards Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in user-focused product content design, particularly with complex or personalized experiences Demonstrated ability to shape content strategies that address user needs and enhance clarity Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving through language and content strategy Curiosity and willingness to explore and apply emerging AI tools in content design Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
