Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for an Process Engineer.Job Location:Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.What you will be doing:* Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and effective manufacturing processes for Wet Tantalum capacitors.* Conduct process capability studies and implement process improvement initiatives.* Test and qualify new processes/ raw materials.* Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for optimization.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and improve product quality.* Develop and implement process documentation and work instructions.* Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.What you will bring along:* Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Materials science, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.* 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electronics industry.* Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.* Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What can we offer you for your talent:Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
