As an Analyst in the Global Corporate Banking Technology coverage group, you will bring intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to support the development and execution of comprehensive banking solutions for our clients. Global Corporate Banking sits within JPMorganChase’s Commercial & Investment Bank and serves small-, mid-, and large-cap companies with a broad range of traditional banking services and investment banking solutions. You will work closely with senior bankers, clients, and partners around the world to deliver tailored solutions to leading Technology companies.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport senior bankers with overall client management responsibilities, idea generation and business initiatives, as well as interact and build relationships with clients Prepare presentation and marketing materials for use in client meetings and transaction execution, covering topics such as financing alternatives, capital markets activity, capital structure and credit ratingsParticipate in all phases of debt capital markets and syndicated and leveraged finance origination, execution, and syndicationBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate implied credit ratings, debt capacity, creditworthiness, and the impact of various capital structuresDevelop a working understanding of all bank products (lending, capital markets, treasury services, risk management)Conduct industry research and comparable company and transaction analysisCoordinate, organize, and drive efforts with management, deal team members and product partners across the Commercial & Investment Bank, globallyRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsStrong corporate finance, analytical, credit and problem-solving skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsWell organized with a strong attention to detailNatural ability to interact with clients and internal partnersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environmentSelf-motivated, dependable, and intelligentKnowledge of corporate finance, credit, treasury services and other corporate and investment banking productsPossess or obtain within three months of hire the FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensesBachelors degree requiredPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsPrevious experience working in corporate banking, investment banking, or similar roles JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
