Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mold Makers for projects located in the Orlando, FL area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Build fiberglass, FRP, silicone, and composite molds per shop drawings Safely operate grinders, drills, sanders, and other hand/power tools Mix, apply, and finish materials to produce structurally sound molds Inspect molds for precision, quality, and QA/QC compliance Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces Follow production schedules and fabrication procedures Requirements Experience with fiberglass, FRP, silicone, or composite mold fabrication OSHA 10: TI can provided training for qualified candidates All PPE Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Proficiency with hand and power tools Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
