Registered Nurse (RN): OB/GYN

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in OB/GYN to provide high-quality patient care in labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient health and safety while ensuring the well-being of mothers and infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support during labor and delivery.
• Manage postpartum care for mothers and newborns.
• Oversee newborn nursery operations and ensure readiness for transition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and newborn care.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in OB/GYN or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional certifications as needed based on specific job requirements.

Schedule

The position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Orientation sessions occur biweekly on Mondays.

Additional Information

Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the area to be considered for travel assignments. Compliance with state regulations concerning background checks is mandatory prior to the start date.
