Our client is a dynamic industry leader and they are seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to join their team. Your day-to-day as a HRBenefits Specialist: Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including union-based plans in accordance with collective bargaining agreements Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support competitive pay practices Ensure accurate processing of wages, deductions, and benefit contributions across all entities Support benefits enrollment, employee education, and communication initiatives Evaluate and recommend improvements to compensation and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation, benefits, and system implementations Your skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or combined years of experience. 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or human resources Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareand ability to learn new programs quickly Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with union environments and administering benefits under collective bargaining agreements preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
