Their goal is to make the quoting process faster, smoother, and more accurate, and then pass work cleanly to onboarding and implementation.The Implementation Specialist is primarily focused on providing support to the Account Management team on activities related to on-boarding new Small Business clients.Position Details: Pay: $18/hrHours: M-F 7:00am-3:30pmFirst 90 days are in office then hybrid afterBenefits Start Day 1!How you'll make an impactImplementation Specialist: Support Small Business end to end Client On-Boarding Life Cycle:Manage client business workflowSupport the client on-boarding and Client Service Life Cycle Support on-boarding resolution of service-related issues in partnership with experienced team membersMaintain up-to-date recordsQuoting Specialist: Create and manage quotes (medical + ancillary)Review intake forms and census data for accuracyBuild client-ready proposal spreadsheetsHelp Producers with updates, changes, and questions in real timeSend completed quotes to the next team (onboarding/implementation)Work with carriers and quoting tools like PerfectQuoteAbout YouRequired: Bachelor's degree and 1 year minimum of client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required.
