Position Health and Beauty Associate Employment Details Employment Type: Full‑Time Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing Location: Walmart Supercenter #4458, 7016 GB ALFORD HWY, HOLLY SPRINGS, NC, 27540, US Job Overview Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Responsibilities Provide customer service in the health and beauty category. Move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor. Create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
