Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Galerie Management is seeking a motivated and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting efforts across our Management company and senior living communities. This position will play an integral role in attracting, identifying, and engaging talent for positions throughout the organization, ranging from corporate and leadership roles to hourly community-based positions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact during the initial stages of the candidate experience. This individual will manage job postings, actively source candidates, review applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate candidate movement through the recruitment process, and partner with hiring leaders to help ensure positions are filled efficiently with candidates who align with Galerie's culture and values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage job postings for Galerie Management's corporate office and community-based positions across applicable recruiting platforms and the company's applicant tracking system. Review incoming applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements. Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with the position and organization. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate next steps throughout the interview process. Partner with community and corporate leaders to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and open positions. Provide candidates with a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with developing and maintaining recruiting campaigns for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, college recruiting activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Assist with employment offer preparation and pre-employment processes as needed. Track recruiting metrics, including open positions, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other key talent acquisition measures. Develop an understanding of Galerie's communities, departments, culture, and operational needs to effectively communicate the employee value proposition to prospective candidates. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate communication, job postings, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness. Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as assigned. Perform additional duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Two to three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field preferred. Experience reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews strongly preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources function. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Work Environment This position follows a hybrid schedule based out of Galerie Management's Atlanta corporate office, with four days per week in the office and one remote workday . Occasional travel to Galerie communities, career fairs, recruiting events, or other company locations may be required.
