Lead Product Manager, IQVIA Digital

IQVIA Digital is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, development, and growth of a new digital community and engagement platform serving healthcare professionals. This highly visible role will lead a strategic, multi‑year product initiative focused on creating meaningful user experiences, fostering professional connections, increasing engagement, and delivering data‑driven insights that support business growth. The Lead Product Manager will work cross‑functionally with executive leadership, customer‑facing teams, technical product leaders, project management, engineering, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. This individual will play a critical role in defining product strategy, launching new capabilities, and driving long‑term adoption and retention. Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Define and prioritize Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements to support successful product launches. Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into compelling user experiences. Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth. Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals and priorities. Conduct ongoing market, industry, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Develop product positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing strategies. Design and execute go‑to‑market plans and growth initiatives that drive adoption and long‑term engagement. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, project management, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Support sales, business development, client engagements, and industry events as a product subject matter expert. Leverage user insights and data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for future offerings and services. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 7 years of related experience. Experience leading digital product strategy, roadmap development, and product launches. Demonstrated success managing products through the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. Strong understanding of product management principles, customer‑centered design, and Agile development methodologies. Experience defining and measuring product success metrics and using data to drive decision‑making. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with mobile applications, digital platforms, online communities, social networking, or engagement‑focused products. Knowledge of healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or healthcare technology markets. Experience developing and executing go‑to‑market and user growth strategies. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
