About Haze
Haze is a science-driven hemp retailer serving customers in the Charlotte metro area. We focus on product quality, honest education, and a professional store experience.
The Role
We are hiring a Retail Associate to greet customers, educate them on hemp-derived products, run the register, keep the floor stocked and clean, and support daily store operations.
Our team will train the right person. We look for exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a standard of excellence. Knowledge of hemp strains and cultivation is a strong plus and is valued by our executive team.
Responsibilities
• Welcome every guest and provide clear, accurate product information
• Operate POS, process payments, and complete accurate transactions
• Maintain inventory, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized
• Follow all store procedures and applicable hemp retail rules
• Support team members and represent HazeTM professionally
Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the posted schedule
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn product details and store systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred (not required)
• Retail or cash-handling experience
• Knowledge of hemp strains, cultivation, or plant science
• Familiarity with POS systems
