Building Engineer

Job Description

Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep on building systems and property.

Respond to tenant requests promptly with strong customer service skills.

Conduct regular inspections of suites, common areas, and equipment; report and resolve issues.

Assist with contractor access, safety compliance, and emergency procedures.

Handle general tasks such as lighting replacements, plumbing fixes, fire system checks, and errands.

Shift: M-F 9:30-6, on call every 3 weeks

Paid hourly, OT available.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years experience in general maintenance, ideally as a building engineer with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical

• CFC Universal license

• Ability to pass a Public Trust background check
