Supervisor, Patient Financial Services – Physician Billing A results‑driven revenue cycle leader will supervise Patient Financial Services – Physician Billing, guiding high‑performing teams across multiple functional areas to optimize workflows and drive financial performance. Responsibilities Lead, influence, and coordinate key departments, including Cash Applications, Credit, Cash Posting, and Senior Accounting. Supervise and evaluate business office staff and the delivery of all patient account services. Oversee the interpretation and communication of departmental policies to patients, insurance representatives, and medical personnel. Manage the full lifecycle of physician billing—improving cash flow, reducing denials, and strengthening financial controls. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent education/experience. 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience within a healthcare environment.
