We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable periodontic practice, that is seeking a periodontist. They are seeking a full time periodontist for 4 or 5 days a week, depending on preference. This private office has many referrals already as they have been in the community for many years.

They have a long term periodontist that is retiring, so they have a busy referral base already developed. They average over 1,600 new patient referrals each year. They are a fee for service office.

The office is a beautiful one in a great location. It is completely state of the art , with digital work flows, CBCT, guided surgery, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry and PRF. They have an experienced and well trained team . There is wonderful collaboration and or mentoring as well. This is a 100% FFS office.

They are offering a 425K guaranteed salary or 40% of net production , whichever is highers. Health insurance, and continuing education stipend. There is buy-in potential as well, if interested but certainly not required.

Procedures:

• LANAP and traditional osseous surgery
• Implant placement — single, multiple, and full-arch cases
• Bone grafting and site development for implant placement
• Soft-tissue grafting, including connective tissue grafts, free gingival grafts, tunneling, and allograft procedures
• Functional and aesthetic crown lengthening
• Extractions
• Scaling and root planing
• IV sedation

Periodontist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• Periodontic residency completed or in the process of doing so.
• State license to practice dentistry.
