This role is responsible for managing all outgoing domestic and international shipments while providing exceptional customer service and general office support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Logistics Coordinate all outgoing domestic and international shipments Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export paperwork Schedule freight pickups with carriers and freight forwarders Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements Communicate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation Customer Service Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, pricing, availability, and shipping timelines Provide order updates and shipment tracking information Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Build strong relationships with domestic and international clients General Staff Support Maintain organized records and filing systems Assist with basic administrative tasks Support sales and production teams with documentation and coordination Contribute to process improvements for shipping and customer experience Qualifications 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, customer service, or administrative support Experience with international shipping and export documentation preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Skills Attention to detail Problem-solving mindset Time management Customer-focused attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities Work Environment Office setting within a small tile manufacturing facility Collaborative team atmosphere Fast-paced environment with production deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
