Behavioral Health Technicians
Valeo Resources is partnered with an East Coast based mental health/SUD organization that is constantly expanding. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to join the team in Worcester, MA! In this role, you will be working with adults with co-occurring mental health/SUD to transition back into their communities and families!
Position: Behavioral Health Technician
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedules available:
- Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm
- Thursday-Monday 4pm-12:30am
- Sunday-Thursday 12am-8:30am
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient treatment plans, monitor and document patient progress.
- Support group therapy sessions.
- Ensure a safe environment.
- Respond to patient needs and crises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Deescalation and AMA Blocking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
- Clean drivers record with no restriction on driving a van
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability for all shifts.
- Commitment to compassionate care
