Boutique fee-only RIA seeks a highly organized client service and operations professional to work closely with the founder in a high-touch, planning-focused practice serving successful professionals and their families. What Youll Do Manage client service requests, shared inbox triage, scheduling, and follow-up Support onboarding, account opening, transfers, rollovers, and custodial paperwork Own CRM workflows, client records, SOPs, and process improvement Whats Offered $75,0001$90,000+ base, depending on experience Close working relationship with a thoughtful, tech-forward founder Health Reimbursement Arrangement and 401(k) after 6 months What You Bring 3+ years of wealth management, RIA, or financial services operations experience Custodial experience with Schwab, Altruist, Fidelity, or similar platforms Strong judgment, professionalism, follow-through, and cultural awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr
