- Ongoing paid training
As the first voice our customers hear, you will:
- Answera high volume of inbound calls, live chats and emails with warmth and urgency
- Listen actively, diagnose HVAC service needs andbook jobsin order of priority
- Dispatchor reroute technicians to maximize route efficiency
- Documentevery interaction accurately in our CRM
- Resolve concerns, follow up on open issues and turn unhappy callers into raving fans
- Meet KPIsfor call quality, booking rate and revenue (individual & team)
- 2+ years experiencein customer service, dispatch, inside sales or project coordination
- Strongmapreading skillsand knowledge of the Dayton/Mason area
- Clear, confidentverbal & written communication
- Ability tojuggle multiple conversationsin a fastpaced setting
- Techsavvy with CRM or fieldservice software (well train you on ours)
- Dependable, honest and eager to learn
- Willingness to workoccasional overtime
