Job Description:
As a Business Analyst , you will support enterprise web application initiatives and partner program projects by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires strong experience in Agile methodologies, business process analysis, testing, and documentation to bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for new initiatives, system enhancements, and application projects.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, GAP analyses, and current/future state documentation.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Lead project meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions while maintaining detailed documentation.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to review, validate, and refine requirements.

• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.

• Create user guides, training materials, and implementation support documentation.

• Partner with development, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.

• Support project planning activities, including requirements reviews, RFP/SOW analysis, and Agile tool management.

• Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Teams, MS Project, Visio, GitLab, and Microsoft Office to support project delivery.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Strong expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, GAP analysis, and system documentation.

• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements documentation.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative approaches.

• 5+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.

• Experience supporting web applications, including Oracle APEX and Microsoft .NET environments.

• Hands-on experience with testing activities, including functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT.

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience; healthcare systems experience is preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
