Job Title: A&P Mechanic - Rotary WingLocation: Croydon, PennsylvaniaPay Rate: $30.00 - $50.00/hrJob DescriptionThe A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on rotary-wing aircraft in a repair station environment. This role supports both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on helicopter platforms, including Bell, Airbus, Sikorsky, and MD.Complete heavy maintenance and component overhauls as required.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems.Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and repair station manuals.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Essential SkillsValid FAA A&P License.3–5+ years of civilian helicopter maintenance experience or military rotary-wing maintenance experience.Hands-on experience performing inspections and heavy maintenance.True helicopter maintenance experience, not solely crew chief or flightline support.Experience in a repair station or similar environment.Possession of own tools.Ability to pass compliance.Additional Skills & QualificationsAW139 experience, ideally in a repair station environment.Experience across Airbus / Eurocopter, Bell, or Sikorsky platforms.Military candidates with documented heavy maintenance experience on rotary aircraft.Why Work Here?The company offers great internal benefits, opportunities for career advancement, and maintains a low turnover rate. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Croydon, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
