PR and Tik Tok Lead (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Marc Nolan is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated PR & TikTok Lead to join our team in a hybrid capacity.

As our brand footprint continues to expand, we are looking for a versatile professional to manage our short-form digital strategy, oversee creator relations, and provide hands-on support for our physical retail activations and campaign productions.

Core Responsibilities

• Digital Content Strategy: Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of native TikTok content to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.

• Public Relations & Seeding: Manage targeted product seeding initiatives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key creators, stylists, and industry partners who align with the Marc Nolan aesthetic.

• Event & Production Support: Provide on-site production assistance for brand campaigns, editorial shoots, and retail events, ensuring seamless logistical execution.

• Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a core liaison across the marketing and operations teams, adapting to the dynamic needs of a growing retail brand.

Qualifications

• Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of short-form video platforms, algorithm trends, audio landscapes, and digital storytelling.

• Visual Acumen: A strong eye for menswear, footwear, and lifestyle branding, with the ability to translate brand identity into engaging content.

• Operational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to transition seamlessly between strategic PR planning and hands-on production work.

• Proactive Approach: An independent, self-starting work ethic capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Structure: Hybrid Contract Role

• Location: New York City Area (Requires on-site presence for shoots, store events, and brand activations)

• Compensation: $3,000 – $4,000 per month
