What You’ll Do: Responsible for the timely completion of all maintenance service requests and regular maintenance as assigned - may include painting, appliance repairs, replacing or repairing flooring, replace window coverings, cleaning, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, minor electrical Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled Grounds work - may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping Cleaning - may include common areas, lobby restrooms, and trash removal Responsible for alerting Community Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned What You Bring: Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
