Payroll CoordinatorCompensation: $25 - $30 / hourStart Date: ASAPLocation: Nashville, TNOpenings: 1Type: Direct Hire OpportunityRequirements3+ years experience in recent payroll processing including calculating sales commissionsProficient in ADP payroll processing software - advanced skills highly preferredProficient in Excel - advanced skills highly preferredAptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracyMaintain high confidentiality of payroll-related informationStrong knowledge of federal and state regulationsStrong knowledge of payroll best practicesResponsibilitiesConsistently & accurately process payroll for employees primarily in the US with a few in select countries around the world including hourly, salaried and commissioned employeesCalculate, adjust, and process sales commissionsCalculate and administer any other variable compensation or bonus plansSet up new employees both locally and in new states/countriesContinually update statuses of current employees in ADP and Trackstar Time & PTO Tracking SystemAdminister HSA & 401k contribution changesParticipate in month-end & year-end closings as well as annual auditsEnsure company remains in compliance with all legal and institutional requirementsProvide data support to all department managers for payroll and commission goals inquiresProcess international payroll utilizing 3rd party software as requiredUnderstand proper taxation of employer paid benefitsProcess correct garnishment calculations and complianceProcess accurate and timely year-end reporting (W-2's, etc.)Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as requestedOverviewResponsible for the timely and accurate processing of the company's payroll, including all sales commissions, bonuses, and other company compensation plans.Interacting with employees across the organization primarily collaborating with HR and Accounting.
