Job Description Reporting to the Category Manager you will be responsible for: Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals; Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for the assigned Fashion category; Developing understanding of assigned category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada; Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention; Working with cross-functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects Job Requirements Requirement: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Demonstrated interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail industry Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Available for 3-6 months full-time internship #J-18808-Ljbffr Menlo Ventures
