Who we seek:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembly Technician to join our production team in Sayreville, New Jersey. The
ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment. No previous assembly or manufacturing experience is required. We provide the training necessary to succeed in
this position.
Position Summary
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling our small laboratory instruments using stocked components and
following established instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
• Assemble small laboratory instruments and accessories
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Keep tools, components, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.
• Package completed instruments for shipment.
• Properly organize and maintain assembly components and supplies.
• Cross-train in related production functions as needed.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Qualifications
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
