Qualifications & Experience:

• Active license and credentialing for Occupational Therapy in Texas
• Previous experience (preferred) in school settings or pediatric OT
• Familiarity with IEP development and ARD processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and documentation in a school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality onsite OT therapy for a diverse student group (54 direct, 14 consult)
• Conduct consultations to support student success and educational goals
• Prepare and maintain necessary IEP paperwork
• Participate actively in ARD meetings to advocate for student needs
