What You'll Do: As the Waste Control Lead, you'll keep operations running smoothly by: Leading and supporting the Waste Control team throughout the shift. Overseeing the collection, sorting, and disposal of production waste and packaging materials. Training employees on GMPs, food safety, PPE, and company procedures. Monitoring team performance and maintaining required documentation. Partnering with production and warehouse teams to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Promoting compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards. Schedule Monday-Friday 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay $20.00–$25.00 per hour What We're Looking For At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, warehouse, or waste control. Experience handling production waste and packaging materials. Ability to lead, motivate, train, and support a team. Knowledge of GMPs, food safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards. Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and availability to work the overnight schedule.
