What You'll Bring To The Kitchen

• A passion for preparing flavorful, consistently high-quality food with care and speed.
• The ability to work confidently during PM service, staying cool, focused, and organized when the tickets start flying.
• A team-first mindset and a positive, professional approach with chefs, coworkers, and guests.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, food handling, and industry best practices.
• Experience with a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and preparation techniques.
• Attention to detail, from proper portioning and presentation to clean, well-stocked workstations.

Your Recipe For A Great Shift

• Set up, stock, and organize your station with the supplies needed for a successful service.
• Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning items, and handling proteins.
• Cook menu items to recipe, specification, and presentation standards alongside a talented kitchen team.
• Follow the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef while contributing your own focus, energy, and culinary know-how.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure meals leave the line together, looking great and arriving on time.
• Maintain inventory, rotate products appropriately, and help reduce waste through smart kitchen practices.
• Keep your station clean, safe, and ready for the next wave of guests.
• Follow all sanitation, nutrition, and safety standards with the same care you put into every dish.
