We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Ohio or Michigan, who thrives on winning new business, developing strategic customer relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. What You'll Do As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead business development efforts across an assigned territory, identifying new opportunities and guiding prospective customers through the sales process from initial engagement to implementation. Drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Imperial Supplies as a trusted partner and solutions provider. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through implementation and ongoing growth. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that create customer value. Manage territory performance, sales forecasts, and account activity to achieve or exceed revenue objectives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Three or more years of consultative or solution-based selling experience. Proven ability to develop new business and manage complex sales opportunities. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively navigate customer organizations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities. Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.
