Job Description

The CNC Programmer role involves developing precise CNC programs for milling, lathe, and multi-axis machines. The position requires executing high-quality programming using Mastercam software, ensuring optimized machining processes and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This individual contributor role focuses on enhancing production efficiency while maintaining adherence to technical standards.

Responsibilities

Develop CNC programs for milling, lathe, and multi-axis machines
Create and maintain technical documentation for programming processes
Select appropriate materials for machining operations
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Troubleshoot program errors and machine issues
Collaborate with production teams to ensure program accuracy

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in G-code programming
Experience with CAD/CAM software, especially Mastercam
Strong blueprint reading skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
