We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to support data entry, document management, reporting, and administrative functions for our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong accuracy, organization, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Apply now to be considered!

What You Will Do:

• Complete accurate and efficient data entry from reports, spreadsheets, and documents
• Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Create daily and status reports for both clients and management
• Ensure information and documentation are distributed in an efficient manner
• Provide administrative support to the department and project team members
• Answer incoming phone calls, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes
• Assist with newsletters and preparation of documents and presentation materials
• Partner with Tier II support when appropriate
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Ability to enter and maintain registrations within Qualitrac software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and dependability are essential
• Experience providing online technical support (preferred)
• Understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
