Senior Paid Media Strategist

Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Senior Paid Media Strategist will manage Meta advertising performance, lead client strategy conversations, and develop direct-response copy and creative testing strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and testing priorities while preparing performance reports Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking, managing budgets and creative testing Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts, using performance data to inform creative strategies and messaging variations Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with significant Meta advertising responsibility Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation Ability to diagnose performance issues and develop actionable strategies based on data analysis
