???? What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Perform trach/vent care/monitoring
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered client care

✅ What You'll Need

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for client care
